Attaining an SOACP certification is an accomplishment that enables you to receive recognition as an SOA Certified Professional. If you receive a passing grade for any one certification you will receive permission to use a credential title and a logo that represents that certification with the condition that you agree to the terms and requirements described in the SOACP Certification Agreement and that you agree to adhere to the credential and logo usage guidelines on this page.
| Credential Guidelines |
| A credential is the designation associated with the certification attained. The SOACP program currently provides the following credentials: |
| • |
Certified SOA Professional |
| • |
Certified SOA Consultant |
| • |
Certified SOA Analyst |
| • |
Certified SOA Architect |
| • |
Certified SOA Security Specialist |
| • |
Certified SOA Trainer |
| An SOACP credential can only be used for the purpose of indicating its association with the assignee of the credential. The assignee of a credential may display the credential title in the following ways: |
•
The credential may be displayed in full text (e.g. "Certified SOA Professional") on a business card, personal Web site, biography text, e-mail signature, or other locations where it is evident that the credential is associated with the assignee of the credential.
•
If an assignee has more than one credential, the credentials can be expressed individually or collectively as "Certified SOA Professional".
•
When expressing one or more credentials collectively as "Certified SOA Professional", the credential(s) may be displayed using credential initial format after the assignee's name (e.g. "John Smith, SOACP").
•
When combining the credential initial format with an assignee's existing credential(s) also expressed in credential initial format, the SOACP credential can optionally be expressed using periods (e.g. "John Smith, C.M.A., S.O.A.C.P.").
Logo Guidelines

The SOACP program provides logos that can be used to express an assignee's credential(s). Currently, the following logos are provided:

An SOACP logo can only be used for the purpose of indicating the association of a credential with the assignee of the credential. The assignee of a credential may display a logo in the following ways:
•
A logo may be displayed on a business card, personal Web site, biography text, e-mail signature, or other locations where it is evident that the logo represents a credential that is associated with the assignee of the credential.
•
The assignee of a credential will receive access to high-definition versions of SOACP logos, but the logos cannot be displayed larger than the surrounding name, organization or affiliation of the assignee.
•
Assignees that have obtained more than one credential may optionally display multiple logos together or represent their credentials collectively with the "SOA Certified Professional" logo. With the latter option, the specific credentials can be displayed in text format to the right of the logo.
•
SOACP logos may not be incorporated into the design or branding of marketing or published materials without the express written consent of SOA Systems Inc.
•
SOACP logos may, in no way, be altered or extended or reproduced in any format other than those made available by SOA Systems Inc. and the SOACP program.
If you are an SOA Certified Professional, send a message including your title and student number to info@soasystems.com to request high-definition logo images.
Notice: SOACP credential(s) and logo(s) may not be used in such a manner that they can be perceived to indicate an affiliation with or endorsement by SOA Systems Inc., SOASchool.com, except for the accreditation received by the SOACP program.
